Anna Gunn
Anna Gunn (born in America) is an American actress. Her most well-known role is her character Skyler White on the AMC drama series Breaking Bad for which she won the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in the Drama Series in 2013 and 2014. The actress also played Martha Bullock in Deadwood and Jean Ward on The Practice. Anna Gunn began acting as an infant in Sante Fe New Mexico. After that, her family relocated to Ohio and she continued her passion for the stage. She was a student at Northwestern University to study theatre as well as the British American Drama Academy. Anna was employed in the theatre in the Chicago area for a few years prior to trying her hand at TV and film roles. Anna was chosen to play Arden on Down the Shore in the series of 29 episodes Down the Shore. She also guest-starred on the show. appeared in Seinfeld and NYPD Blue. It was not until the end of the 1990s when she was cast in the role of The Practice. Martha Bullock, a character which she played for two years on Deadwood's season two. In 2008 she was cast in the role of Skyler as Skyler in Breaking Bad. Sully as well as Deadwood was another movie she was a part of. Gunn is also a part of the stages in David Schwimmer's production Sex With Strangers. In 2022, Gunn also played in a 4-part audio-play show known as "Numbered Days".
